In the Foyer Merici, the sisters of the Ursulines of the Roman Union et des laïques receive 79 students.
- University students, older or underage.
- French students or other nationalities.

When you arrive at the Foyer, the warm welcome and my bedroom neighbors quickly made me feel like “at home”.
A lot of laughs and discoveries!
Working with others motivated me and encouraged me in my studies, especially during exams time.
Living with students with different horizons and from other countries was a great enrichment for me.
You never feel alone in the Foyer, which is very important, especially during your first year in Angers.
My first feeling when crossing the doors: the calm and the beauty of the place in the heart of the city.

Living together
The many unique moments of encounters and diverse activities that are proposed all year long, boost friendships and mutual help.
Every student is invited equally to compromise on a service inside the Foyer, in the city of Angers or abroad.

The Latin word ‘‘SERVIAM’’, ‘‘I will serve’’ is the students’ and adults’ motto living in the establishments and foyers directed by the Ursulines all around the world.
