One shield, one motto<\/h1>\n

A cross, stars and one word: \u201cServiam\u201d.<\/p>\n

This insignia is formed by a field of stars that make one constellation: the Ursa Minor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This constellation indicates Polaris, the morning star, the first star that shines in the afternoon. It is a valued star for those who are climbing mountains or those lost voyageurs in the ocean or in the desert; a fixed point thanks to which one can find the true way and whose light may guide us through the dark\u2026<\/p>\n

Saint Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursulines, named her \u201cCompany\u201d under the patronage of Saint Ursula. Ursula, \u201cUrsa Minor\u201d, like Polaris, shows the way that leads to Love.<\/p>\n

The Cross is sign of God\u2019s love to all humanity.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Latin word \u201cSERVIAM\u201d, \u201cI will serve\u201d, is the students\u2019 and adults\u2019 motto present in the establishments and foyers directed by the Ursulines all around the world. We are also invited to start this path of openness to others.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
